Drainage service backed by Since 2011 years of local experience

The Trenchless Guys was founded in 2011 by a licensed plumbing professional who spent years running a service plumbing company across north central Ohio. Job after job, he saw the same pattern: aging sewer and water service lines that had gone past the point of a simple patch. Homeowners were facing torn-up yards, long timelines, and repair bills that stretched far beyond what they expected. He started The Trenchless Guys with one clear purpose — to focus entirely on correcting those failing lines using modern trenchless methods.

We are a family-owned and operated LLC based out of Wayne County. We live here, raise our kids here, and work in the same communities our customers call home. When you call us, you are not reaching a call center or a regional franchise. You are reaching the owner directly, by phone, email, or text, any time of day.

Our work centers on trenchless and excavation sewer and water line repair and replacement. That means we use pipe bursting and pipe lining technology wherever the conditions allow, which protects your lawn, your landscaping, and your time. When excavation is the right call, we do that too — and we are honest with you about which method fits your situation before any work begins.

We also provide sewer line locating and full water line services for homeowners and property managers across the region. Whether you have a slow drain, a suspected break, or a line that has never been inspected, we can locate the problem, explain what we found, and walk you through your options in plain language.

From Wooster and Massillon to Akron, Ashland, Mansfield, Dover, and New Philadelphia, we serve a wide stretch of Northeast and north central Ohio. These are the towns we drive through every day. We know the soil conditions, the pipe ages common to these neighborhoods, and the kind of problems that show up in homes built decades ago.

What sets us apart is focus. We do not try to be a full-service plumbing company that also happens to offer trenchless repair. Sewer and water service lines are all we do. That depth of experience shows in how we diagnose problems, how we plan repairs, and how we stand behind the work after the job is done.

If your sewer or water line needs attention, call us today at (330) 231-6935 or email us at thetrenchlessguys@gmail.com. We are available 24/7 and happy to answer questions before you commit to anything.
