Very impressed with the work they did. Our main sewer line broke and settled right outside the foundation. This was a major problem as the line was under an outdoor kitchen, bathroom and concrete pad. 3 contractors said only way to fix it was to tear everything out and put a big trench through the concrete. These "Guys" were able to burst the old pipe and pull a new pipe through to get everything fixed in a day. Incredible. The other contractors were amazed that this was even an option. Could barely tell anything was done at the end.

Called our insurance company to discuss some recent problems with our sewage line backing up. The Trenchless Guys were dispatched in the process. These are highly professional workers and did an amazing job investigating the issue while providing information along the way. I’m very grateful and appreciative of the time they took to explain everything. Overall, very satisfied with their work and will definitely use again in the future when needed.

We were impressed that we were called the day we were having problems and a time set up for them to diagnose our issue. Timber was very good about explaining what the process was going to be and also showed us the camera running through our disintegrated pipes,(house is 55 years old and steel pipes were used at that time). Although, no one wants that news and that bill, were impressed with their work ethic and communication through the repair. Would recommend them to people.

Very professional, work was done in a timely manner. Will definitely call them again if any other drain problems occur. My wife and I had just purchased our first house, only to find out our line to septic was destroyed by tree roots. Timber and his crew tried there hardest to fix, but ended up having to replace the line. Timber arranged financing for the project, and all has been well ever since. Awesome company, and crew!

The Trenchless Guys provided me with Exceptional service! Had a local shop set an appointment and then never show up after three hours of waiting… I could walk to their shop! When called on it they said “ our time is valuable too”. Contacted The Trenchless Guys. They immediately set an appointment time. Confirmed they were coming. Jason drove two hours each way. Inspected my system. Allowed me to watch the entire process. Determined there was no need for any repairs. Integrity seems to be in short supply these days. But The Trenchless Guys proved to be the Exception with Honest and Dependable Service! Thank You.
