Very impressed with the work they did. Our main sewer line broke and settled right outside the foundation. This was a major problem as the line was under an outdoor kitchen, bathroom and concrete pad. 3 contractors said only way to fix it was to tear everything out and put a big trench through the concrete. These "Guys" were able to burst the old pipe and pull a new pipe through to get everything fixed in a day. Incredible. The other contractors were amazed that this was even an option. Could barely tell anything was done at the end.

Expert Aging Water Service Lines in Wooster, OH
Aging water service lines are a real problem for Wooster homeowners. Many homes in Wayne County were built in the mid-20th century and still carry original supply lines that have spent decades in heavy glacial clay soil. That clay swells in spring and contracts in dry summers, putting constant pressure on buried pipes. Wooster's hard water also deposits mineral scale inside lines over time, narrowing flow and dropping pressure at your fixtures. When a line starts to fail, you may notice soggy patches in your yard, a spike in your water bill, or weak pressure at every tap. The Trenchless Guys inspect your line with a camera, confirm the condition, and replace it using trenchless methods that require only small access points rather than a full trench across your property. Your lawn, driveway, and landscaping stay intact. The result is a new, durable water service line that handles Wooster's freeze-thaw cycles without the mess of traditional excavation. Call The Trenchless Guys to schedule your inspection.

Yes, Wayne County's glacial clay shifts with every freeze-thaw cycle, which puts stress on buried supply lines over time. Replacing a worn line with a modern pipe helps it hold up against that ongoing ground movement.
We run a camera through your existing line to map its condition and locate any damage or blockages. That inspection tells us whether trenchless replacement is the right approach for your Wooster property.
Trenchless methods work for most Wooster residential properties, but a camera inspection is needed first to confirm the line's condition and layout. If the pipe has completely collapsed or is severely misaligned, we will walk you through your options.
