Expert Epoxy Pipe Lining / CIPP in Wooster, OH

Epoxy pipe lining, also called CIPP (cured-in-place pipe), lets The Trenchless Guys repair your damaged sewer line from the inside out. No full excavation. No torn-up yard or driveway. A resin-saturated liner is inserted through an existing access point, pressed against the interior walls of your pipe, and cured into a seamless, jointless new pipe surface. Wooster's glacial clay soils shift with every freeze-thaw cycle, and that ground movement stresses buried sewer laterals year after year. Many homes near downtown Wooster were built before 1970 and still run original clay or cast iron lines that have been cracking, corroding, and collecting root intrusion for decades. CIPP addresses cracks, leaks, root damage, and corrosion in those aging lines without disturbing your landscaping, foundation, or concrete. A camera inspection confirms the pipe's condition first. Then we clean the line, install the liner, cure it, and verify the result with a final camera pass. Call The Trenchless Guys to schedule your pipe inspection in Wooster.

Epoxy Pipe Lining / CIPP FAQ

Common questions about epoxy pipe lining / cipp in Wooster, OH.

Yes, CIPP lining works well on the clay and cast iron pipes found in many older Wooster properties. It repairs cracks and seals gaps from the inside without requiring full pipe replacement.

No digging is needed for most CIPP jobs in Wooster. The liner is inserted through an existing cleanout or a small access point, leaving your lawn and landscaping intact.

A camera inspection tells us the condition of your pipe and which repair method fits. Lines with cracks, minor root intrusion, or corrosion are often good candidates for CIPP lining.

The cured liner creates a smooth, seamless interior surface that blocks roots from re-entering through old cracks or joints. Wooster's mature tree canopy makes this a common concern for local homeowners.

Yes, CIPP is designed to repair the cracks and separations that ground movement from freeze-thaw cycles causes in buried sewer laterals. The liner bonds to the existing pipe and seals those damaged sections.

Slow drains, gurgling toilets, sewage odors, or soggy patches in your yard are common warning signs in Wooster. A camera inspection will confirm whether CIPP lining is the right fix.

Very impressed with the work they did. Our main sewer line broke and settled right outside the foundation. This was a major problem as the line was under an outdoor kitchen, bathroom and concrete pad. 3 contractors said only way to fix it was to tear everything out and put a big trench through the concrete. These "Guys" were able to burst the old pipe and pull a new pipe through to get everything fixed in a day. Incredible. The other contractors were amazed that this was even an option. Could barely tell anything was done at the end.

Called our insurance company to discuss some recent problems with our sewage line backing up. The Trenchless Guys were dispatched in the process. These are highly professional workers and did an amazing job investigating the issue while providing information along the way. I’m very grateful and appreciative of the time they took to explain everything. Overall, very satisfied with their work and will definitely use again in the future when needed.

We were impressed that we were called the day we were having problems and a time set up for them to diagnose our issue. Timber was very good about explaining what the process was going to be and also showed us the camera running through our disintegrated pipes,(house is 55 years old and steel pipes were used at that time). Although, no one wants that news and that bill, were impressed with their work ethic and communication through the repair. Would recommend them to people.

Very professional, work was done in a timely manner. Will definitely call them again if any other drain problems occur. My wife and I had just purchased our first house, only to find out our line to septic was destroyed by tree roots. Timber and his crew tried there hardest to fix, but ended up having to replace the line. Timber arranged financing for the project, and all has been well ever since. Awesome company, and crew!

The Trenchless Guys provided me with Exceptional service! Had a local shop set an appointment and then never show up after three hours of waiting… I could walk to their shop! When called on it they said “ our time is valuable too”. Contacted The Trenchless Guys. They immediately set an appointment time. Confirmed they were coming. Jason drove two hours each way. Inspected my system. Allowed me to watch the entire process. Determined there was no need for any repairs. Integrity seems to be in short supply these days. But The Trenchless Guys proved to be the Exception with Honest and Dependable Service! Thank You.
