Also known as no dig sewer service, with this option we are able to both repair and replace your sewer line without having to dig up your property. With trenchless technologies we are able to find, and fix any problems within your system faster, keeping your home or business downtime to a minimum.

 

What options are available for trenchless pipe repairs?

There are two options we use for trenchless services in New Philadelphia and surrounding Ohio areas. These options are pipe relining & pipe bursting. To help understand both options we have listed a small description of these below.

 

Pipe relining is a process used to repair cracks or holes within the pipe without having to use an excavator to dig a trench on your property. With this option we are basically relining your pipe with a sturdy and durable material after cleaning and smoothing the water pipe surface end to end. This option is more time and potentially cost friendly than the traditional sewer line repair where a trench needs to be dug and landscaping destroyed in order to repair the line.

 

Pipe bursting is used to completely replace the water or gas pipe. With this process we use our trenchless machine to break the existing pipe and essentially replace it with a new durable pipeline, while composing the old replaced pipe into the soil. This option can save you by minimizing the downtime that a normal sewer line replacement would take. It is also a no dig technology so you will notice very minimal damage to any surrounding

ground.

 

What causes sewer line problems?

While tree roots seem to be one of the main reasons for a sewer line issue, there are also several

other things that can cause issues to the system including:

•  Grease, solid material, or foreign objects blocking proper flow.

•  Older sewer pipes were made from clay and can begin to deteriorate and corrode.

•  The seals that connect two pipes have broken and allowed water to escape.

•  Soil condition can cause a portion of the pipe to sink lower than the rest of the system.
